We proudly support international deliveries. When checking out, simply choose your specific country from the destination menu to confirm if service is currently available to your region. If your nation is not listed, we are unable to fulfill shipments to that location at this time.

If your new item isn't quite the right fit, we've got you covered. You have 30 days from the delivery date to send items back, as long as they are unwashed, unworn, in original condition, and packed with all original tags attached.

Please keep in mind that customers are responsible for covering return shipping fees. Because we don't process direct exchanges, simply request a refund by emailing support@emersonandreed.com, then place a brand-new order online for your preferred size.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 12 business days.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your delivery date, provided products are unwashed, unworn, unused, and sent back in their original condition complete with all tags and packaging. For quality and health reasons, final sale or clearance items, customized goods, intimate apparel, bodysuits, and undergarments are non-returnable.
